Our first priority is always to make sure you leave the practice pain-free.

Looking after you when you need us the most

Dental pain can be incredibly tough to endure, but don’t worry. Our experienced team can offer same-day emergency dental appointments and get you the treatment and care you need as soon as possible.

Should you need a treatment plan following your emergency dental care appointment, this will be put together by your dentist, with a view to diagnosing and treating the underlying problem. This will only ever occur once we have the pain under control.

What is a dental emergency?

It can be hard to know exactly what symptoms and conditions come under the umbrella of a ‘dental emergency’. If you’re ever in any doubt, we suggest contacting us right away, as it’s always favourable to get checked over and to have serious issues ruled out or attended to.

The scenarios below all constitute a dental emergency:

• Continuous bleeding coming from the mouth area.
• A blow to the mouth area that has caused a loose tooth or caused the tooth to fall out.
• Facial swelling.
• Severe post extraction pain.
• Broken or lost braces.
• Broken dentures and bridges.

How do emergency appointments work at Paddock Cosmetic Care?

Please contact us by telephone to book an emergency dentist appointment. You will be asked to describe your symptoms, and we will then triage you. Those with more severe symptoms will be treated as priority patients. All patients will be offered some basic advice by one of our dental nurses, whilst they wait for their emergency slot with one of our experienced dentists. Please note that this may be a next-day appointment, depending on your symptoms.

We always ensure that there is a vacant emergency slot available for our patients every day.
