After wanting my teeth whitened for longer than I can recall, I decided to finally take the plunge. Sam explained everything to me during our initial consultation and answered all the questions I had. He was accommodating with appointments and starting my treatment once my trays were ready, due to me be being on holiday which was great as I didn’t feel rushed to start.
When I got my trays, everything was explained to me in detail on how to use, and Sam even demonstrated how much gel I should be using etc. I had the at-home treatment for 3 weeks and noticed results right away, which just got better as time went on. I had some sensitivity but it was completely bearable and the toothpaste you get with the treatment helped this.
After the 3 weeks of at-home treatment I had my in-chair session after which and explained how to maintain my whiter smile going forward!
I went back in shortly after my in-chair treatment at my request where Sam showed me which shade my teeth had whitened to and showed me side by side of before and after pics which was great as I could really see how much whiter they were.
Would highly recommend not only the teeth whitening treatment but the practice as a whole! Thank you Sam and the rest of the team :)

Sam is very knowledgeable and talked through different options to straighten my teeth and he recommended Invisalign which now I believe to be the best option because the results have been amazing.
What I liked about having Invisalign is that when I was wearing the retainers, other people didn’t notice that I had them in and was actually shocked when I mentioned that I had braces. I also got so used to wearing them that it just became normal and how quickly my teeth started to change was what surprised me and others the most. I always get comments on how straight my teeth are from family members and seeing the results myself has made me feel very confident with my smile.
I can’t express enough how much I would recommend paddock dental to other people, especially the Invisalign treatment they provide!

I attended my first sess...”ion with Dr Sam Reid, who was amazing, and put me at ease straight away (I do experience quite a lot of anxiety when attending the dentist in general, but I have found since becoming a patient at the Paddock, this has reduced significantly, due to their care). I was talked through the process and given a dental health check, including x-rays, to ensure teeth whitening would be advantageous, and a scan was taken of my teeth to create the whitening trays. I was then given a serum to use on my teeth whilst I waited for the trays, which ensured I wouldn't experience any sensitivity during the whitening process. Once the trays were ready, Sam cleaned my teeth, and talked me through the two at home gels I needed to use for a few weeks. This process was simple, and pain free, and I could see a major difference after a few days. I then went back to have an in chair treatment at the dentist to finish the whitening package, again, this was pain free, and I have experienced no sensitivity at all. The results are fantastic, for the first time in a long time, I can wear red lipstick without feeling like my teeth are stained! Thank you so much to Sam and the practice, I'm so grateful for the prize, and the confidence it has restored in my smile! I would highly recommend the Paddock, particularly for people who are nervous/dislike going to the dentist, the staff are lovely, and the information and care provided, makes it a stress free, enjoyable experience! x”

The payment structures are also great, meaning you can pay a bit at a time with no interest, making it much more affordable than you think. I’d always assumed straightening my teeth would involve lots of pain and ‘train track’ braces, which no-one needs as an adult!
