Wow, you hear horror stories about not being able to get appointments and treatment but this Dentist are quick, efficient and really lovely. My son was seen within 2 days of calling and treatment done within the fortnight (due to annual leave or would have been a week.) Highly recommend.

I had a really good experience at the Paddock Dental Centre - I had a filling, my first ever and I was unsure as to what to expect. Dr Ross Avery and Nurse Ayah were lovely, it was completely painless and they did a really great job. I would definitely recommend.
Excellent visit this week, reception staff very pleasant and welcoming and I was called through almost immediately - slightly early! Dentist was friendly yet professional and reassuring about my fear of dental treatment. We discussed possible plans for remedial work in the future which I appreciated.
Receptionists are extremely helpful and seem to genuinely try to find a way to get an appointment in a already busy Dentist schedule. The dental care is excellent and Dr Alex King provided me a comprehensive and a holistic preventive plan. Extremely professional and every question was to better understand how to plan my treatment. Frankly the first to do so. So yes I would recommend this practice and Dentist.
Sometimes the first step can be the hardest and for someone who is very nervous of the dentist, from start to finish I was put at ease, everything was explained to me and all my questions were answered. I left feeling very excited about the new smile I will have after my treatment is finished.

Filling fell out. Got an appointment within a few days. Aware that the tooth was fragile and might not be a simple fix. However the dentist was very good. He put in a temporary filling and discussed options for a more permanent solution and I felt I had a decision in that and we agreed on a way forward. Happy days!

Full scale and polish was included in my recent check up. Nothing was too much trouble for Ross who has always given great advice. Nothing was rushed and always puts you at ease. I live out of the area but happy to keep travelling to the paddock as the service is excellent.
Lovely friendly staff, and my dentist was very polite and very clued up. He did a thorough examination and explained everything to me. Dental nurse was attentive and very friendly. Everyone made my visit very easy, thanks for that.
Having had a fear of dentists since I was young I’m always reluctant to go! Paddock Dental Practice have made me feel so calm and relaxed. Staff are so friendly from the minute you walk through the door. I’ve never had to wait longer than 10 minutes to be seen. The dentist himself was so nice, explained that I did need a little work done but I was under no pressure to go ahead and get it done as it wasn’t urgent. He gave me options. I came away feeling relaxed. Overall I would highly recommend the practice.
Great last visit for my latest check up. I am in my wheelchair and there is easy access to the surgery and the treatment room was huge with lots of room for me to transfer over to the dental chair. The staff are fantastic. I actually look forward to visiting for my check ups.
Prompt and professional service, I had an emergency appointment following a chipped tooth & was seen on time. Treatment was swift and hassle free. I have had a number of treatments here over the last couple of years and have always been seen on time and received the highest level of service at all times, friendly yet professional. The whole experience of correcting my damaged smile has been amazing. Dr Alex is extremely knowledgeable and accommodating and his two nurses, Jo and Eve, excelled at putting me at ease and ensuring I was comfortable throughout. Dr. Ross and Joanna are truly amazing at what they do. My 8-year-old son needed to have a tooth extracted, and they ensured he felt completely at ease and comfortable throughout the process. They took their time and made sure he was ready before starting. As a mother who experiences dental anxiety, I often feel nervous when visiting the dentist, but they made me feel relaxed while I was in the room with him. They are the most friendly dentists. After struggling to get taken on to any NHS dental practice, I contacted Paddock Dental for an emergency appointment, and had one set up within a few days, the receptionist’s were welcoming and kind from the moment I entered, and Alex and his assistant, who was a lovely woman (so sorry I didn’t catch your name), were so patient, understanding and comforting through the entire experience. I never felt any discomfort, or pain during the tooth extraction, even a day after I’m healing with very minimal pain. I’m grateful for their care, service and help. And I would absolutely recommend this place, to anyone for any issue. Thank you so much again.

I have been seen by a large number of dentists in my life, and I can honestly say that Cain is the best dentist I've ever had. After some poor experiences at other practices I was left with recurrent pain and, more importantly, a fear of having work done. After a few months (and a number of essentially painless procedures) Cain has fully fixed both my mouth and my faith in dentists. Massive kudos to Cain and this practice. The final stage of fitting my implants was carried out today by Alex. From the start the process was carefully and thoroughly explained and quoted for. It was also explained all the way through the treatment. I always had total confidence that every step from extraction of the old teeth to the preparation and final fitting of the implants was in competent expert hands. Over all the years I have been going to Paddock Dental the excellent and friendly staff have always been able show that they are able to carry out both the mundane and more involved dentistry. Great dentists. We have been coming here for nearly 10 years now. All staff are friendly and helpful, there is a nice relaxed atmosphere in the surgery and the dentists and nurses are highly knowledgeable and professional. My daughter had two extractions done and we were in and out in 15 mins due to the professionalism of the staff in making her feel comfortable and completely at ease.
Dr.Alex is a wonderful dentist. Explains everything and is very gentle! A pain free experience. He is ably assisted by Eve, a great assistant very knowledgeable and ensured that you are comfortable and again pain free. We have had ana amazing experience. The practice is great for children and all of the staff made my daughter feel at ease as she was a bit nervous. One of the dental nurses Jo Hastie was really kind to my daughter and settled her before her appointment.The practice manager Francesca ensures that the entire practice feels welcoming.The dental nurses make an effort to calm patients, especially children and they are always equipped with stickers.

Just finished the Enlighten whitening system with fantastic results. I had one dark tooth that didn’t think could be whitened but having a series of whitening treatments, recommended by Dr Coots, this has been whitened along with the others to produce an excellent result.
I have just finished a long drawn out process of having an implant and 12 crowns to improve my bite and the appearance of my teeth. I am extremely pleased with the resulting look and performance of all this work and am grateful to Alex and his team for the help and support they have given me throughout.

I have been with this Dental Practice since it began and I genuinely think it must be one of the best in the North West if not further.I cannot recommend them highly enough, every aspect is just right in all areas, the staff are absolutely brilliant, the dental work is second to none and people won't believe me, but I don't think I have ever felt so relaxed about a visit to the dentist before!!

I recently had implant placement by Dr Alex King The whole procedure from the initial Scan to the implant placement was professional and comfortable for myself.I was very nervous about having the implant but Dr Alex reassured me and helped me with breathing exercises and the whole procedure was a success. I should not have worried. I returned last week and had the stitches removed. So all in all it was a very good experience, and I would recommend anyone to have an implant fitted by Dr Alex King.

This creates severe reflux and a slightly more complicated root system. I have been met with a lot of ignorance from dentists in the past who have made me feel very ashamed of my teeth. Many dentists have lacked the confidence to treat my teeth themselves which subsequently has led to referrals, waiting times, abscesses, infections and subsequently tooth loss. I was genuinely amazed at the work and effort that has been put into saving this tooth. The compassion, kindness and professionalism was by far the best I have ever experienced at a dentist and for the first time I did not feel fearful or ashamed of my visit. Thank you Alex and Becky. I look forward to being able to smile at my wedding. I wish all dentists were like you sincerely.

Dr Cain and Katie were absolutely amazing. Highly recommend if your an anxious person. He explains everything before he preforms it and when he did he was very precise. I didnt feel the injection he was so gentle. I felt like i was treated like a private patient even though its nhs. Katie was exceptional at the suction and the water, she provided amazing bedside manner.Katie and Dr Cain are an amazing team.
Well what I can say , about this amazing dental care, is next to noneRachel is the most caring person , she has been with me through all my treatments, held my hand , the other week when having teeth out by Ross , then having a top set of dentures fitted , and they look amazing, Also Joanna the dental nurse , Eve the dental nurse , Sam who is my dentist all go above and beyond to make you feel so relaxed , and comfortable, Alysha the hygiene is amazing and caring just like the rest of the team that work there , they are friends and I get on very well with them all , I would like thank them all so much . Amazing experience, over 6 months of treatment I've never felt in better hands than with Dr Tahir Hussain. Patient, explained everything along the way and the results are outstanding. He had a few assistants helping along the way whom I thank also. Jo was fantastic and the reception staff sooo helpful and polite and also patient. A lot of money was a concern to have all the work done but so glad I went through with it. Best Dentists around. Highly recommended.
I had an appointment with Mr Cain and Joanna today and I had 3 teeth taken outre i needed to follow .I was nurves but they both kept me calm and told me everything they were doing. .we had a laugh and nice friendly people . They explained the after care I needed to follow. I was every happy with my appointment.

I am currently undergoing Invisalign treatment with Paddock Dental. I visited another 4 local dentists prior to starting my treatment but no one took the time and effort like Rachel did to provide me with all the information I needed to start my treatment, always being there for any questions I had and to give me the best advice possible. Dr Cain Coots has been fantastic during my journey, always putting my best interests first and giving me the best treatment possible. Other local dentists either didn’t have the time for me, wanted to charge me silly amounts for the same work or sold me other aligner brands for the same price as Invisalign. I would thoroughly recommend Paddock Dental to anyone looking for a trustworthy, friendly and well trained team who always put their clients first. Over the years I've gradually moved further and further away from Paddock Dental Practice, to the point where it's now an hours drive away. Yet I've never for a second considered looking for another dentist closer to home. Why? Because I doubt I'll find a better one.It's modern, clean, efficient and the staff are all genuinely nice people. I've seen various dentists over the years I've been there and all of them have been a pleasure to deal with, and great at what they do.Recently I had Invisalign treatment, followed by having veneers fitted. Really happy with the end result, and really happy with the service I received throughout. Totally recommended!

Took me 2 years to finally get the courage to go after my crowns failed and other front teeth, with daughter getting married I had to get it sorted. Dr Ross made me feel so safe and relaxed. 4 teeth had to be removed and I didn’t even realise he had done it until he was inserting my new plate. No pain what so ever, he’s a credit to his profession.

Just had a ceramic bridge fitted instead of the plate I’d had for the past 6 months. It’s made a massive difference to my life. I have had to have 5 visits to Paddock Dental Centre. Every time has been a pleasure. I know, you will say, how can one say that about a visit to the dentist! The staff at the reception desk are always pleasant and efficient. My dentist Alex and his assistant Eve were always reassuring, caring and friendly. Alex was professional and gentle with the treatment and I suffered no pain or discomfort. If I had to score it would be 11 out of 10. On that note I would like thank Alex and Eve but hopefully won't have to visit them for awhile. 😄
I have just had porcelain vaneers done at Paddock Dental. I can honestly say it’s the best thing I have ever done. The difference is amazing. I never used to really smile on pics as I was really unhappy with my teeth. My teeth were quite uneven and I had a few fillings that had discoloured. I started off by doing the whitening, which only took 2 weeks and the results were far better than I thought they would be. I had vaneers done on my top 10 teeth. I chose an age appropriate colour, I am56 so didn’t want bright white teeth.I am over the moon with the results. The whole process only took a couple of months and was surprisingly painless. I’m not a great lover of the dentist but was very reassured by Alex every step of the way who completed my treatment. He was great. He numbed my gums before the injections which I didn’t even know they could do. I would highly recommend this treatment to anyone unhappy with their teeth. It’s given me a new confidence when I smile which I love.
I’ve been going to Paddock Dental Surgery for many years and recently needed some dental work to replace some fillers on my front teeth and decided it was time to consider teeth whitening too.Alex took the time to explain the different options and treatment process in detail. I opted for the Enlighten teeth whitening system which is low cost, easy to do at home and took just 3 weeks, the results were amazing even noticing a change within a week. Had a normal 6 month check up and phoned to say that a filling had come out and could the dentist replace it it on my check up. No problem they said. Went on the day I had in my diary and was 4 weeks early! Could fit me in straight away but later in the afternoon. Went back. Had check up and replaced filling. Took x rays and found I needed another filling! Didn’t have time to do it then, but when I went to make another appointment fitted me in the next day! Great Dental practice. Great dentist and a great service. Highly recommend.
Great experience with Cain and Jo this morning. Replaced a 30-year old failing amalgam filling with a lovely new white one, rebuilding part of the tooth at the same time. In and out in an hour. As comfortable as it can be and no pain afterwards. Looks and feels great. Thank you!

I needed to find somewhere who could fit me in for an emergency appointment after loosing my NHS place with another dentist. I was quickly booked in with Kane who put me at ease and painlessly resolved the situation. I have now had three appointments at Paddock Dental involving root canal surgery and the fitting of a crown. Despite being very nervous of the dentist in the past I have been nothing but impressed by Paddock dental. Would definitely recommend.
I've recently had a crown fitted by Cain.Not a fan of going to the dentist like most people.Cain and his assistant Gemma made me feel instantly relaxed.The colour match is excellent.You really can't tell which of my teeth has the crown.I would highly recommend this dental practice.
After suffering toothache every time I chewed on one side of mouth. Dr. King identified cracked tooth syndrome. An old metal filling was causing the issue. He explained the options available but explained a replacement filling might not be successful. I chose the cheapest option and the treatment was completed. A little uncomfortable for about 3 days, but nowhere near the pain I had been experiencing before. After that no pain at all. I can chew normally again. Very successful treatment. Extremely happy with treatment and the communication with the dentist.

Went in on time, and back out 20mins later. No pain, total relief. I wish all dentists were this good, I wouldn’t need to travel an hour to get treatment. But it’s totally worth it!

Having not visited a hygienist for many years I was nervous about my appointment. I had no need, Alicia is brilliant, she put me at ease immediately. It wasn’t painful or unpleasant and the different in the smile was remarkable. Can’t recommend highly enough - she’s amazing!
First time using the hygienist. She was a lovely lady and made me relaxed and comfortable. I did pay extra for the treatment which really brightened my teeth and and got rid of extra staining. Even without the extra it was a comfortable scale and polish.
Had an implant done, recently. Everyone, from the surgeon: Hugo, the dental nurse, and, Sam (the dentist), worked brilliantly throughout the procedure. No pain at all throughout the procedure. Minimal pain in the days following. Would thoroughly recommend The Paddock for all dentistry needs: including implants.
I got an emergency appointment very easily. I saw 2 dentists today, they both took lots of time to examine me and explain the options then make a treatment plan. I arrived really distressed and left feeling reassured.
I can recommend the Paddock Dental surgery. The staff in the waiting area are welcoming. I’m in the middle of a treatment plan including having a filling, a crown and a tooth implant. I joined The Paddock Dental Practice just over a year ago after not seeing a dentist for a good few years. The team are all fantastic and extremely helpful. They always provide the best care and Sam makes me feel at ease during every appointment.After wanting my teeth whitened for longer than I can recall, I decided to finally take the plunge. Sam explained everything to me during our initial consultation and answered all the questions I had. He was accommodating with appointments and starting my treatment once my trays were ready, due to me be being on holiday which was great as I didn’t feel rushed to start.When I got my trays, everything was explained to me in detail on how to use, and Sam even demonstrated how much gel I should be using etc. I had the at-home treatment for 3 weeks and noticed results right away, which just got better as time went on. I had some sensitivity but it was completely bearable and the toothpaste you get with the treatment helped this.After the 3 weeks of at-home treatment I had my in-chair session after which and explained how to maintain my whiter smile going forward!I went back in shortly after my in-chair treatment at my request where Sam showed me which shade my teeth had whitened to and showed me side by side of before and after pics which was great as I could really see how much whiter they were.Would highly recommend not only the teeth whitening treatment but the practice as a whole! Always feel comfortable coming to paddock dental practice, staff are absolutely lovely and my dentist Sam has taken me through my invisiline journey so well. He ensured that I completely understood the treatment before I began my plan and I’ve ended up with perfect teeth :)
I rarely leave reviews but the service i have received from the team at Paddock has been outstanding. Due to the service i have recently received i have had to attend multiple appointments and they have always been extremely flexible and worked around my schedule. The team are very knowledgeable and i felt very comfortable in their hands. I've had so many compliments on my veneers and would never trust anybody else. Highly highly recommend.
After cracking my tooth , Dr Reid managed to fit me in the same day for the filling. I had never had any treatment like this before and i was made to feel at ease by Dr Reid and his assistant. The treatment was pain free and I would have no hesitation in returning to the practice.
